We are thrilled to invite you to celebrate our wedding at the beautiful Dream Tulum Resort & Spa located in Tulum Mexico. The resort is all inclusive - dining, drinks and entertainment are included.

Suggested check-in is on February 27, 2025 and check-out on March 1, 2025 but feel free to adjust as needed, keeping in mind that a three night stay is required of our wedding guests. The wedding ceremony itself will be on February 28, and we plan to have our Rehearsal Dinner on February 27th to which all guests are invited.
Air Travel: Please make arrangements directly with your preferred airline. You may choose to fly into Cancun International Airport or Tulum International Airport. However, Destify only offers transfer service thru Cancun International Airport. If you fly into Tulum you will need to make transportation plans independently to and from the resort.
*Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel to Mexico! Passport application/renewal can take several months, so please don’t delay!
Dress Code for Ceremony: Semi-Formal (Weather will likely be hot and humid so we recommend light and airy fabrics. Although the ceremony will be in a garden, reception will be held on a beach. Guests will be invited to go shoeless/wear flip flops for the party!
About Us
Hello everyone! Welcome to Danny and Hanna's wedding website! Danny and Hanna met through a dating website. They had their first date at Pinstripes in Edina. They hit it off almost immediately, Hanna was about 15 minutes late, they talked the night away as they strolled around Centennial Lakes Park. They shared a goodnight kiss and went their separate ways. Unfortunately, the timing just wasn't right for Hanna. After Hanna had canceled the second date. Danny decided he was going to wait until the timing was right for Hanna. After nine long months Danny and Hanna finally had their second date. They have been together ever since.

Simone is Hanna’s 16 year old daughter. She attends Mounds View High School and plays lacrosse. She’s funny and has a funny laugh that makes Hanna laugh.
Tamara Berg
Bridesmaid
Tammi is Hanna’s older sister. She’s a former crypto-linguist and defense annalyst and still knows how to take down a bad guy with one pinky finger in 2 seconds flat. She made a career change since and is now a flight attendant, wife to Dave and super mom of two beautiful kids, Lucia and Remy (ring bearer and flower boy) all of whom will be attending the wedding.
Midori Parks

Midori is Hanna’s younger sister. She’s known for giving great advice and as the calm, cool and collected one among the three Drake sisters. She also bakes the most amazing apple pie from scratch, and she makes it look easy. She’ll be attending the wedding with her husband, Jeremy, and her cute little red head daughter (flower girl) Cecilia.

Amber and Hanna were brought together by fate and the Office of Student Life when they were assigned as roommates in Crandall Hall for their first year of college. Amber bore witness and/or was a partner in the good, the bad, and the oh so embarrassing moments of growing up over the last 20 years. She’ll be in attendance at the wedding with her husband Kyle.
Susan Macdonald

Susie and Hanna’s daughters were in the same class in 3rd grade and they bonded over volunteering at the cotton candy booth at the school carnival. They share a love of native plants, art, and living thrifty (aka cheap!). Susie’s friendship has gotten Hanna through hard times and has made the good times even better. She’ll be attending the wedding with her husband, Ryan, son, Milo, and daughter, Lucy, one of Simone‘s best friends.
Lindsay Carrier

Lindsay and Hanna bonded in high school over their shared dream of packing a (chic designer) bag and leaving their hometown for adventures abroad. Lindsay’s friendship was the best thing to come out of years spent in band class and marching band together.
Today, Lindsay is a designer and entrepreneur, jetting all over the world for work and pleasure.

Anna came into Simone’s life through marriage as a step mother, but she has become a beloved family member and forever friend over the years. Hanna and Anna share the honor of being Simone’s mothers and wouldn’t have it any other way. Fate is a strange and beautiful thing! Anna is known for her chic aesthetic and free spirit, and she brings a little sunshine everywhere she goes. Simone will be Anna’s date to the wedding!
Corey Schommer
Best Man
Corey and Danny first met in 9th grade golf tryouts and began hanging out through a mutual friend. They became closer when Danny was a frequent visitor to the golf course Corey worked at. Senior year in high school Corey drove Danny to school every day. The played countless rounds of golf together including a trip to Missouri for some early season golf. They lived together for 3 years, survived the pandemic watching survivor, playing call of duty, and of course golf. Corey was especially important when Danny was having a tough time with life. Making sure that Danny knew he was not alone and helped him get back to doing to the things he loves.
Kyle Smith
Groomsman
Danny and Kyle met in junior high and slowly became friends while hanging out at Buck Hill, on the golf course, and spending too much time in Danny's basement playing video games. They both went on multiple snowboarding trips out to Colorado and a couple to Missouri to get some early season golf in. Eventually Kyle became the Spock to Danny's Kirk and even though Kyle aggravated Danny to the point of temporarily becoming Kahn, they persevered and maintained their brotherly bond.
Nick Lundgren
Groomsman
Nick and Danny first met in little league and played multiple years together. Then were reunited in 7th grade and have been friends ever since. They shared many different hobbies including paintball, snowboarding, golf and playing Halo. Nick beat Danny in a heated 1v1 match on their favorite map and never agreed to a rematch. To this day Nick still reminds Danny about his triumph.
Ben Ezidiegwu

Ben and Danny are relatives that have known for their entire lives. They grew up together at their grandparent's home playing back yard baseball, video games, and trying not to be hit by great grandma's wooden spoon. They enjoyed multiple trips up to the family Cabin. lived together for 6 years in Eagan and Richfield. Ben was a great help to Danny when he had his hand injury. Always running errands for Danny while he couldn't drive.
Brandon Burns
Groomsman
Brandon and Danny are relatives have known each other most of their lives. They started hanging out in high school and have been good friends since. Brandon and Danny played softball together for a few years and shared an awesome trip to Colorado a few years ago. Both enjoy chilling, talking about life, and some unforgettable times at Lakeville's Pan O Prog.
Adrianna Ritter

Adrianna and Danny met in Mr. Cotter’s seventh grade class, and they’ve been friends ever since! In high school Adrianna and Danny spent countless hours driving around in the Reliant K, gambling, and eating all the leftover KFC. Adrianna also loves going up to Danny’s family cabin with their friends. Adrianna and her husband moved to China in 2013, so she tries to get Danny to travel abroad whenever she can! Danny went to Europe in 2016 for Adrianna and Steve’s wedding in Italy and two years later Adrianna and Danny went to Thailand with a group of friends. She is still waiting for him to visit her in China, or at least meet her in Japan.
Taylor Burns

Taylor and Danny are relatives and have known each other for most of their lives. They played on the same baseball team and hockey team. Later they would play on the same softball team for many years. Both love to BBQ, (Taylor is by far the better chef). They shared countless adventures together and maybe a few too many trips to the casino.
